Cloud Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 egg, beaten
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine
    the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in the
    margarine
    until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Combine the egg and milk and then add to the flour mixture all at once. Stir
    dough until it follows a fork around the bowl. Turn out
    on a lightly floured surface.
    Knead gently with the heel of
    your hand
    about 20 strokes.
    Roll dough out and cut 3/4 inch thick. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
