No Bake Nutty Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
3 c. oatmeal

Preparation

Bring to a boil cocoa, sugar, milk and butter.
Let mixture boil one additional minute, stirring constantly.
Add crunchy peanut butter; stir.
After peanut butter melts, add oatmeal. Stir well.
Quickly spoon out onto waxed paper and let cookies harden.
Cook on medium heat.
If heat is too high, cookies cook too fast and will not harden.
Makes about 1 1/2 dozen cookies.
