Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 large green peppers
    tomato sauce
Preparation
    Fry ground beef and drain.
    Add cream of mushroom soup.
    Wash green peppers well, cut in half and blanch in hot water for 5 minutes.
    Add meat mixture; top with tomato sauce.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
