Easy Cheese-Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 jumbo shells
1 beaten egg
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese, drained
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Cook shells.
Rinse in cool water.
Drain well.
Combine egg, cottage cheese, Parmesan, Mozzarella, parsley and oregano.
Spoon about 1/4 cup in each shell.
Place shells in 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
Pour sauce over shells.
Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for about 25 minutes or until heated through.
Serves 2 to 4.
