Ingredients

2 1/2 c. vanilla wafers
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1/2 c. pecans
1/4 c. brandy or bourbon or rum
1/4 c. corn syrup
Preparation

Combine vanilla wafers, confectioners sugar, cocoa powder and nuts.
Stir in juice and corn syrup.
Add a little water (about 1 1/4 teaspoons), if necessary, to form little balls.
Roll in granulated sugar.
