Shrimp Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked chopped shrimp
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 tsp. horseradish
    6 oz. soft cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. dried green peppers
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    ingredients and shape into small balls.
    Roll in chopped parsley.
    Spear with pretzel sticks.
