Chicken Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 c. herb-seasoned bread stuffing mix, finely crushed
    2 lb. chicken parts
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix 1/3 cup soup, 1/4 cup milk, onion and parsley.
    Dip chicken in soup mixture, then roll in stuffing.
    Place in shallow baking dish.
    Drizzle butter on chicken.
    Bake for 1 hour in 400\u00b0 oven.
    Combine remaining soup and milk; heat.
    May serve over chicken.
