Chili Con Carne(Yields 4 Cups) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef (lean)
    1/8 c. flour
    1 c. dry kidney beans
    1 c. unsalted tomatoes
    1/2 c. onion, minced
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/4 tsp. chili pepper or LS chili powder
Preparation
    Wash beans, cover with water and soak overnight.
    Cover with additional water and cook until tender.
    Mix flour, onion, garlic and meat; saute in a low salt fat until brown.
    Add beans, chili pepper and tomatoes to the mixture.
    Simmer until liquid is consistency of thin sauce or about 30 minutes.
