Chicken Scallopini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breast
    1 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 handful Parmesan cheese
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    cooked rice or noodles
Preparation
    Slice chicken into thin strips.
    Mix flour, cheese, salt and pepper together.
    Dredge chicken in flour mixture.
    Heat butter in a skillet and saute chicken until golden brown.
    Remove to platter.
