Cheesecake Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1 lb. marshmallows
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 container Cool Whip (large)
    1 medium can crushed pineapple
    1 pkg. drained strawberries
    2/3 c. crushed graham crackers
    1/2 c. ground walnuts
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine the crushed graham crackers, walnuts and cinnamon. Grease a
    cheesecake pan and dust with graham cracker mixture, reserving unused portion for topping.
    Melt marshmallows and milk in double boiler.
    Let cool.
    Whip the cream cheese and mix in with marshmallows.
    Fold in the Cool Whip. Drain the pineapple and mix with the rest of the batter.
    Pour half of the batter into the cheesecake pan.
    Put the drained strawberries over the mixture and top with remaining batter.
    Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker mixture on top. Chill several hours before serving.
