Snow Pea Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. snow peas
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese or Mozzarella
    3 large eggs or 4 small
    1 c. whipping cream plus 1/2 c. milk or 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle bacon, onion and peas in pie shell.
    Sprinkle cheese over vegetables.
    In mixer, beat remaining ingredients until well blended.
    Pour over vegetables in pie shell.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Reduce oven to 300\u00b0.
    Bake 30 minutes longer or until the center is set.
