Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated, raw sweet potatoes
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. pecans (optional)
    1/4 c. melted butter
    pinch of ginger, cinnamon and ground cloves
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except pecans and blend well.
    Pour into a greased baking pan and top with nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
