Bourbon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can tomato paste or 3 small cans tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. bourbon
    1 small jar stuffed olives (cut or whole)
    1 small pkg. wide cut noodles
    1 1/2 c. grated American or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute meat and vegetables.
    Add soup, cooked noodles and remaining ingredients.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
    Serves 8.
