Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger meat
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Form meat into patties, then fry until done.
    Remove from pan and pour off grease.
    Mix soup, water, salt and pepper in the pan. Heat until boiling and add patties.
    Cook 10 minutes.
    Serves 6 people.
