2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. chopped apples
3 c. grated carrot
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. maple extract
1 Tbsp. milk
