Poppy Seed Muffins(Makes 32 To 40 Mini Muffins Or 12 Regular Muffins) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow Jiffy cake mix
    1/4 c. jello vanilla instant pudding (1/2 of 3 1/2 oz. pkg.)
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. oil
    1/3 c. poppy seed
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Mix and blend all ingredients together.
    Pour into muffin pans lined with appropriate size papers or grease pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes for mini size or a bit longer for larger muffins.
