Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
3 eggs (can use Egg Beaters)
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) pkg. white chocolate chips
1 c. Macadamia nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt over low heat butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips, stirring constantly.
Allow to cool. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
Beat together eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Stir egg mixture into melted chocolate until smooth, combine with flour.
Stir in white chocolate chips and nuts.
Chill until stiff.
Drop by well-rounded teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
Yields 4 to 5 dozen 2-inch cookies.
