Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. raw carrots, grated
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 3/4 c. chopped pecans
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 stick butter
    1 box powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix well the eggs, sugar and oil.
    Gradually add flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Add grated carrots and 1 cup chopped pecans.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch pan or 3 layer pans, greased.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool.
