Ingredients

2 unpeeled potatoes
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
Slice each half into lengthwise wedges with some peel on each wedge.
Soak in cold ice water for 20 minutes.
Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Spray baking sheet with vegetable oil, spray liberally.
Drain and dry potatoes.
Place in plastic bag with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Close tightly and shake to coat.
Arrange in single layer on baking sheet.
Bake, uncovered, stirring occasionally for about 20 minutes, until golden and crisp.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
