Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. vegetable shortening
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. buttermilk
    2 c. Martha White self-rising flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease bottom of 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan; set aside.
