Fresh Summer Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon
    2 medium onions, chopped
    4 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 small chile pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cumin seed, crushed
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    green or yellow peppers
Preparation
    Cook bacon in a large Dutch oven until crisp; remove bacon, reserve 2 tablespoons of drippings in Dutch oven.
    Crumble bacon and set aside.
    Saute onion in reserved drippings until tender. Stir in tomatoes and simmer 15 minutes.
    Add next 5 ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips.
