Board Meeting Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large yellow Washington apples
    4 large red Washington apples
    1 qt. orange juice
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 jars marshmallow cream
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Slice apples into wedges, leaving skin on for color.
    Soak in orange juice for at least 1 hour.
    Cream together the cream cheese, marshmallow cream and lemon juice.
    Arrange drained apples around flat serving dish; place dip (in bowl) in the center.
