Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    wide egg noodles
    sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Combine meat, water and soups in crock-pot.
    Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
    Cook egg noodles as directed on package.
    Top the noodles with the mixture.
    May add sour cream to top of mixture.
