Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef (or turkey)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Brown meat with onions and garlic in a medium saucepan.
Drain off excess fat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Heat to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer gently 15 minutes.
Serve over hot cooked pasta.
Makes about 2 1/4 cups.
