Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 sq. chocolate or 3 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
3 Tbsp. butter
1 1/4 c. milk
3 egg yolks, well beaten, save egg whites for meringue
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8-inch) baked pie shell
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour.
Add chocolate and butter.
Combine milk and egg and add to mixture.
Cook very slowly, stirring constantly.
When thickened, remove from heat.
Add vanilla and stir well.
Pour filling into cooled pie shell.
