Ambrosia Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. diced pared orange
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. seedless green grapes
1/4 c. pitted dates, cut up
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

Combine fruits.
Sprinkle with lemon juice; chill.
Fold whipped cream into mayonnaise.
Fold into fruit mixture.
Serve on lettuce lined plates.
Top with flaked coconut.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
