Pepper Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 large bowls sweet pepper
    3 to 7 large bowls hot pepper
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. salt
    1 qt. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut up peppers.
    Cover with hot water and let set for 5 minutes.
    Put peppers and all ingredients together.
    Bring to boil on stove.
    Pour hot hash into clean jars.
