Mexican Wedding Cakes(Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sifted flour
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter; add sugar gradually.
    Blend in salt, vanilla and flour.
    Mixture is stiff.
    Pinch off small pieces of dough.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Roll in powdered sugar while hot.
    Makes 4 dozen.
