Noodles Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. minced onion
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed consomme
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. cider vinegar
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation

Cook onions, mushrooms and garlic in butter.
Add beef; cook until brown.
Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper and mix in.
Add consomme, tomato paste and vinegar.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Blend in sour cream and parsley.
Heat.
Serve over egg noodles.
