Broccoli Bacon Quiche(Crustless) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    4 eggs (Egg Beaters nonfat work great)
    1 c. half and half
    1 c. grated Colby and Jack cheese or Swiss
    2 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp; set aside on a paper towel.
    Beat eggs with cream, salt, garlic and lemon pepper.
    Add cheese and broccoli; stir well.
    Crumble 1/2 of bacon; stir into mixture. Fold in 1/2 of tomatoes.
    Pour into a 9-inch pie plate; sprinkle with remaining tomatoes and bacon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Serve with crusty bread and green salad.
