Russian Cream Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. hot water
    1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
    1 c. drained, finely chopped peaches
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. low-fat sour cream
    peach slices
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Chill until partially set. Fold in pineapple and juice, peaches, coconut and sour cream. Garnish with peach slices.
