Hot Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 can chili (no beans)
    1 bunch chopped scallions
    1 small can chopped black olives
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    8 oz. pkg. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers, shredded or sliced thin
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Spread softened cream cheese on bottom of glass pie plate. Layer other ingredients on top in order listed.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
    You may also put in microwave at High power for about 7 minutes.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
