Hot Creamed Crab - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. all-purpose flour
dash of cayenne pepper
1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and shredded
1/3 c. slivered almonds
salt to taste
Preparation

Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, flour and pepper.
Beat again until smooth. Fold in crabmeat, almonds and salt to taste.
Turn into casserole dish, cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Place over heat (candle or heating device) or turn into chafing dish and keep warm until serving time.
Serve with unsalted crackers or plain Melba toast.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
