Cornbread Deluxe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 c. sour cream or buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. cream-style corn
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, beating thoroughly, as you go.
Turn batter into greased 9-inch pan or for a better crust, use an iron skillet or corn stick pan.
Grease pan with drippings.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
