Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
4 tsp. cinnamon
4 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated carrots
1 can crushed pineapple
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. salad oil
1/4 c. water
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Beat egg, salad oil, sugar, pineapple and water.
Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and soda together.
Add to first mixture.
Add grated carrots and vanilla.
Bake in greased loaf pan in 350\u00b0 oven until done.
Good iced with cream cheese frosting.
