Lois' Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust, baked and cooled
    6 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 qt. frozen strawberries
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jell-O
    1 tub Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar together thoroughly. Spread 1/2 of the cheese and sugar mixture over the bottom of the prepared pie crust.
    Set remaining cheese and sugar mixture aside. In a saucepan, mix flour and sugar together.
    Add water and whisk until mixed thoroughly.
    Cook over medium heat until thick and clear.
    Add strawberry Jell-O and remove from heat.
    Add frozen strawberries.
    Pour into pie crust and place in refrigerator.
    Once the pie has set, spread the remaining 1/2 of the cheese and sugar mixture over the top.
    Cover with Cool Whip and serve.
