Cheesy Cauliflower And Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium carrots, peeled
1 lb. cauliflower
1 small onion
1/2 green pepper
5 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 c. diced sharp Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. finely chopped bread crumbs
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, cook carrots for 10 minutes.
Add cauliflower; cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
Drain; turn into casserole dish.
Saute onion and green pepper in 4 tablespoons butter.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Remove from heat.
Stir in milk over low heat until thickened.
Add cheese and Worcestershire sauce until cheese melts.
Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
