Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/4 lb. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    1 large lemon (juice and rind)
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add sugar, butter and lemon juice.
    Grate rind and add last.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
