Sesame Salmon With Ginger-Butter Garnish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 salmon steaks or pieces of salmon, bones removed
*1 c. sesame seeds, or enough to coat salmon completely on all sides
Sesame oil
Butter, room temperature
Ginger, freshly grated or canned
Preparation

Pour sesame seeds onto a plate and dredge the salmon until completely coated on all sides.
Push the seeds firmly into fish so they adhere during the cooking process.
Heat sesame oil until just about to smoke.
Add fish and fry fast and hot, until golden brown on all sides.
Stir ginger into softened butter.
When fish is done, spoon a dollop of ginger-butter on top and serve immediately.
