Best Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) brisket
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. fresh ground pepper (must have)
    favorite barbecue sauce (I use Head Country)
Preparation
    Place brisket on heavy-duty foil.
    Mix remaining ingredients (except barbecue sauce) together and brush on brisket.
    Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake in foil for 4 hours in a 300\u00b0 oven.
    Open foil and pour on barbecue sauce.
    Bake for 1 more hour or until done.
    Let set for 15 minutes.
    Slice across grain of meat.
