Cockeyed Chocolate Cake(Makes 9 Servings.) - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
5 Tbsp. safflower or corn oil
1 Tbsp. cider or white vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a medium bowl, sift together flour, sugar, cocoa and soda.
Add oil, vinegar, vanilla and cold water. Stir until flour disappears.
Pour into a lightly greased or nonstick 9 x 9-inch square pan; bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
