Mom'S Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 1/2 lb. sausage
1 onion, cut fine
1 clove garlic, minced or a couple shakes garlic powder
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. oleo
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (12 oz.) can Hunt's sauce
1 (12 oz.) jar macaroni sauce (Ragu)
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (I don't use)
1 can sliced black olives
1 (12 oz.) jar cheese (Cheez Whiz)
1 lb. noodles
grated cheese
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown ground meat and sausage.
Drain, then add onion, garlic, celery, green pepper, salt, pepper and oleo. Cook.
Cook noodles. Drain and set aside.
Add to meat mixture the tomato soup, Hunt's sauce, macaroni sauce, mushrooms, black olives and Cheez Whiz. Mix in noodles and put in a large pan.
Sprinkle a generous amount of grated cheese on top.
Top off with 2 cups Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
If needed, add a little water while baking.
