Butterscotch Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. marshmallow
    1-1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 stick (1/4 cup) oleo
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 - 12 oz. bag butterscotch morsels
    1 tsp. orange extract (or juice)
    1 tsp. orange rind - grated
    Nuts
Preparation
    In a heavy sauce pan combine marshmallow, sugar, evaporated milk, oleo and salt, stirring steady bring to boil and boil 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add butterscotch morsels, orange extract and orange rind.
    Stir until smooth and add nuts then pour into 8 x 8 inch pan.
