Mock Oyster Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 large onion, minced
8 Tbsp. butter
16 oz. roll garlic cheese
1 can mushroom stems and pieces
dash of Tabasco
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Cook broccoli in water.
Saute onion in butter.
Add cream of mushroom soup to onion when it is golden brown.
Add mushrooms and juice.
Break up garlic cheese and add to mixture.
Add broccoli (drained) and Tabasco and mix well.
Serve hot with crackers, chips, French bread or whatever.
