Bobbie'S Layered Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, chopped fine
4 stalks celery, chopped fine
1 large onion, chopped fine
2 green peppers, seeded and chopped fine
1 lb. green peas, cooked until tender
2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
3 tomatoes, chopped fine
Preparation

In a covered 9 x 13-inch pan, layer the lettuce, celery, onions, peppers and peas in that order.
Spread the mayonnaise over the top.
On top of the mayonnaise, sprinkle the cheese, then the eggs and tomatoes.
Refrigerate overnight.
Serve.
Makes 12 servings.
