Scalloped Salmon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can salmon
1 c. bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper
Preparation

Drain salmon; reserve juice.
Melt butter.
Add flour; stir until smooth.
Add milk; stir until thickened.
Add salmon liquid. Season to taste.
Flake salmon; add to sauce.
Place in greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
