Jogging In A Jar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. apple juice
    1 qt. grape juice
    1/2 c. honey
    6 oz. raw unpasteurized vinegar (health food store)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Drink 2 cups daily.
    Keep refrigerated.
    This drink helps to lower high blood pressure and lower high cholesterol.
