Swedish Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 c. instant rice
    1/2 c. cubed cheese
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt (if desired)
    3 c. shredded cabbage
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion until onion is tender; drain.
    Add tomatoes and rice, stirring to blend tomatoes.
    Blend thoroughly. Bring to a boil.
    Cover and turn off heat.
    Let stand 10 minutes, then stir in next 5 ingredients and heat until cheese is melted. Arrange cabbage in bottom of an 11 x 7 x 2-inch pan.
    Spread meat mixture over cabbage.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
