Taco Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 qt. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 green peppers
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers
black pepper (optional)
1 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oregano
2 bay leaves
2 tsp. cumin
Preparation

In a large pan, heat the vinegar, sugar, chili powder, salt, oregano, bay leaves and cumin.
Bring to a boil.
Add vegetables and cook 2 hours.
Pour into jars and seal.
