Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. shredded carrots
1 c. black walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
4 to 5 drops black walnut flavoring
Preparation

Mix
ingredients
in
order as listed. Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
You can also add 1 cup pineapple, if you want.
